Introduction:
Please read and understand the guidelines cautiously. With the use of the website www.xhaletobacco.com and by buying goods through our online shop, you agree to abaid by the Terms and Conditions written below.

Smoking Products Term of Use
Please note that all smoking accessories such pipes, waterpipes, hookahs, vaporizers, grinders, bubble bags, and other items contained on these pages are being sold as  Legal Tobacco Smoking Accessories, and should be considered for tobacco use only. No other use for these items in any way is either intended or condoned.

Orders & Delivery Policy:

Whenever your order was placed and completed through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include details about your purchase. Every order confirmation e-mail gets sent automatically by our system and does not necessarily mean that we will be able to process you order immediately. It only confirms that you placed an order and that you submitted correct billing and shipping information so we can process it at a given time frame.
All orders will be dispatched from our Store located in CA USA within 24-48 hours following receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 4-6 working days for orders (USA) to arrive. Signature on delivery is not included. Customers are liable for their packages unless they pay extra for delivery confirmation.


Cancelation, Returns and Refunds:
If you cancel your order for any reason prior shipping you will receive full refund without question asked.  In case of delay you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
Every customer can request RMA number to return his order back as long as it is unoppened, unused and still inside the original package and taped as it is sent to you, never been used and not older then 5 days upon receiving the package. The item must be intact (NOT used) and in its original box and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for it LESS the shipping fees.
Products which were sent back to us without any prior notification and without RMA number will be delivered back to you at your own expenses. All product returns will be under customers liabilities until they reach our office. Please contact our support department through contact form available at www.xhaletobacco.com/contact_us.


Warranty, Replacement & Exchanges:
Xhale Tobacco do not offer or cover any warranties for what can happen to the product after Customer use it, all sales are final, if the product manufacturer offer such warranties by providing warranty documentation infos inside the product box you can claim it directly to the manufacturer of the product by contacting them using the contact infos provided,  other than that the use and the way of use of the product is the customer responsability and would be out of our hands.

In an uncertain situations if a customer receives his order/item damaged or faulty he can ask for a replacement by contacting us in 24 hours from the delivered time showing on the shipping carrier website . xhaletobacco.com will only cover shipping and any additional fees that might appear during replacement process only if shipping address is in California State. All purchased items should be inside the original package and unused. Customer must provide exact information as to what replacements he wants. Replacing of purchased item doesnít include RE-shipping fees. Invoice of new shipping fees will be emailed to customer and payment for new shipping option must arrive prior we ship out a replacement.

No Exchanges are Accepted. Item replacement upon acceptance  will be by the same product not another, unless agreement has been made between Xhale Tobacco and the customer.

Pricing:
Prices provided on this website are considered final. Any faulty price information when you order will be concluded as temporary until the time that we will contact you directly to clear such misinformation. However, if we cannot reach you, all orders will then be cancelled and you will be refunded for your payments according to our terms and conditions.
Your orders should be paid in full amount prior shipping.
We guarantee that all your personal and payment information will not be given to any third party vendors or companies.
Your Credit and Debit card information if given will be processed with the help of PayPal
® secure online payment system at which may require security verification to authenticate your order.

General Website Access and Information:
  You must be 18 or over to use this site.
Any content on www.xhaletobacco.com may be changed including product and price information without further notice.
www.xhaletobacco.com has the ability to finish this Agreement at any time, eliminate, withdraw or postpone any right to the use of this website when anyone infringe any components of this Terms and condition.
Such Terms and Conditions comprise the full contract between the user and www.xhaletobacco.com and can be revised through writing.
Upon ordering, you consent that you will be providing right and exact information to www.xhaletobacco.com including your credit card details if needed and the exact address upon placing an order online. You should have enough funds to pay for the total cost of the product you ordered.
www.xhaletobacco.com may in times conduct website maintenance for future website content enhancement without prior notice to the public. We agree to keep up with the customerís expectation to maintain our site available 24/7 when not updating our system.
Our website should not be replicated nor imitated, cannot be copied, traded or resold or exploited for any other business purposes without any amended authorization.
